Colby has been a team member since June 2009.

Colby  is a fan of the corn Tortilla Chips and pico de gallo. "Our pico de gallo is made fresh with chopped whole tomatoes, diced whole onions, serrano peppers and cilantro."

Denise has been a team member since June 2009.

Denise recommends the Baja Fish Tacos in flour tortillas with cabbage, white sauce, a squeeze of lime, and cilantro. "Get one fish taco with the black bean and corn salsa, and one taco with the pico de gallo - variety is the spice of life!"

Gabby has been a team member since April 2010.

Gabby recommends a Taco Salad in our fresh baked tortilla shell. She likes her salad with a mix of cabbage and lettuce, shredded beef, black beans, pico de gallo, and mild salsa. "Be sure to ask for some tangy white sauce on your salad - it's delicious!"

Elizabeth has been a team member since May 2010.

Elizabeth recommends  a cheese Quesadilla on a spinach tortilla with a side of sour cream and guacamole for dipping. "Don't forget to add pico de gallo to your quesadilla before it's grilled!"

Ryan  has been a team member since August 2007.

Ryan recommends  the Mondo Burrito with chicken and black beans. He makes it a combo meal with chips and queso (nacho cheese). "Also don't forget the chipotle (medium) sauce, it gives your burrito a nice 'kick'."

Anne has been a team member since August 2010.

Anne recommends  two soft corn Baja Fish Tacos with cheese, lettuce, our sweet pineapple salsa ("just goes perfect with fish for me!") white sauce and a touch of chipotle (medium) salsa. He meal is always accompanied by a combo with rice and refried beans and a Thomas Kemper Vanilla Cream Soda to wash it all down.

Paul has been a team member since August 2010.

Paul recommends the Super Meat Nachos with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. "It's worth the extra money to add some queso (nacho cheese) to your nachos."

Cody has been a team member since September 2010.

Cody recommends a Mondo Burrito wih ground beef, rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and lots of habanero hot sauce. "Add some enchilada sauce to the inside of your burrito, or smother your burrito in enchilada sauce."

Eric has been a team member since September 2010.

Eric recommends  a Quesadilla with shredded beef and pico de gallo, with a side of chips and guacamole. "The shredded beef is very tender and flavorful, it's great in everything."

Kendyll has been a team member since October 2010.

Kendyll recommends anything with the Sweet Pineapple Salsa. "The pork carnitas with the sweet pineapple salsa and white sauce are amazing!"

Jenna has been a team member since October 2010.

Jenna recommends a Baja Bowl with chicken, rice, whole pinto beans, cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and the chipotle salsa. "Mix it all up and eat it with chips!"

Casey recommends a Platter with a hard shell ground beef taco and a chicken enchilada. "Ask to get some black bean and corn salsa in your enchilada!"

Harmony (Marketing and Outreach) has been a team member since January 2010.

Harmony recommends a pork Mondito Burrito with sour cream, 1/2 rice, black beans, whole pinto beans, cheese, cabbage ("I love the crunch"), white sauce, pico de gallo, and a mix of tomatillo (mild) and habanero (hot) salsa. If she's got a larger appetite, she makes it a combo meal with the Orange Mango Nantucket Nectar, chips and queso. "I prefer to enjoy my meal on the outdoor patio if it's a nice day!."
