Meet the Owners 

Christian Paulsen

Christian was a student in the entymology program (i.e. the study of bugs) at Washington State University when he became the manager for Taco Del Mar. Christian managed the Taco Del Mar in Pullman and Moscow before purchasing the Pullman Taco Del Mar with his mom, Maggie Watson, in March 2006. When he's not working, Christian loves to play with his 4 year-old daugher Maia. In his (sparse) free time he also enjoys running, watching movies and studying bugs.

Margaret (Maggie) Watson

Maggie was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, but moved West to Seattle, WA with her kids in 1994. She worked with the special needs community in the Greater Seattle area for 15 years before moving to Pullman this January to be closer to the business and family. In her free time Maggie enjoys hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her grand daughter, Maia, and dog, Mugsie.
