Baja fish tacos in flour tortillas with cabbage, white sauce, a squeeze of lime, and cilantro. "Get one fish taco with the black bean and corn salsa, and one taco with the pico de gallo - variety is the spice of life!"

A taco salad in our fresh baked tortilla shell. She likes her salad with a mix of cabbage and lettuce, shredded beef, black beans, pico de gallo, and mild salsa. "Be sure to ask for some tangy white sauce on your salad - it's delicious!"

A cheese quesadilla on a spinach tortilla with a side of sour cream and guacamole for dipping. "Don't forget to add pico de gallo to your quesadilla before it's grilled!"

A mondo burrito with chicken and black beans. He makes it a combo meal with chips and queso (nacho cheese). "Also don't forget the chipotle (medium) sauce, it gives your burrito a nice 'kick'."

Two soft corn baja fish tacos with cheese, lettuce, our sweet pineapple salsa ("just goes perfect with fish for me!") white sauce and a touch of chipotle (medium) salsa. Wash it all down with a Thomas Kemper Vanilla Cream Soda to wash it all down.

Super meat nachos with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. "It's worth the extra money to add some queso (nacho cheese) to your nachos."

A mondo burrito wih ground beef, rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and lots of habanero hot sauce. "Add some enchilada sauce to the inside of your burrito, or smother your burrito in enchilada sauce."

A quesadilla with shredded beef and pico de gallo, with a side of chips and guacamole. "The shredded beef is very tender and flavorful, it's great in everything."

Anything with the sweet pineapple salsa. "The pork carnitas with the sweet pineapple salsa and white sauce are amazing!"

A baja bowl with chicken, rice, whole pinto beans, cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and the chipotle salsa. "Mix it all up and eat it with chips!"

A platter with a hard shell ground beef taco and a chicken enchilada. "Ask to get some black bean and corn salsa in your enchilada!"

A mondito burrito with pork, sour cream, 1/2 portion of rice, black beans, whole pinto beans, cheese, cabbage ("I love the crunch"), white sauce, pico de gallo, and a mix of tomatillo (mild) and habanero (hot) salsa. All paired with the chips, queso and an Orange Mango Nantucket Nectar. "I prefer to enjoy my meal on the outdoor patio if it's a nice day!"
